Air Conditioning Centre strikes import deal with Fairland Electric (China) Ltd importing air conditioning wall split units.

ACC form agreement with Cooleasy to be first UK Wholesale Web based outlet¸ Cooleasy become largest UK reseller of product range by June 06.

March 2005

Air Conditioning Centre CEO visits Fairland’s factory in China to implement high levels of quality control throughout entire manufacturing process. High volume import arrangements formulated.

Martin Industries group is formed as parent Company to house rapidly growing Air Conditioning division. Giving strength & long term sustainability to Air Conditioning Centres fast UK expansion.

ACC negotiate supply of ceiling cassette systems and wall splits from AC giant Chigo of China¸ thus broadening their range further.

ACC CEO visits Chigo factory in China to inspect quality control and testing facilities¸ agrees large volume import deal.

ACC earliest adopter of RoHS regulations across entire range¸ to reduce hazardous waste¸ production techniques changed¸ new materials sourced.

ACC implement reduced carbon manufacturing techniques across entire range as their commitment to a reduced carbon footprint.

ACC partner with Stearn Electric Co Ltd with a National distribution agreement.

ACC earliest adopter of R410a¸ ozone friendly refrigerant¸ across entire range of products.

ACC move to new UK Headquarters in Hampshire and agree new structured large scale warehousing facilities at Southampton to cope with vast storage demand. Low energy lighting and energy saving equipment is fitted throughout to further reduce carbon footprint.

ACC earliest adopter of WEEE waste disposal regulations¸ further enhancing our commitment to reduced carbon emissions.

ACC agree National wholesale agreement with City Electrical Factors¸ providing over 400 outlets across the UK.

ACC begin testing unique design of 3 head Multi-Split System from Fairland.

ACC begin testing of Fairland Swimming Pool Heater range.

ACC Wall Split range achieves Energy Efficiency ‘A’ Certification status and are listed on the Government web site ECA (enhanced capital allowance) Scheme for Tax savings for businesses.

March 2008

ACC begin UK import of Fairland Pool Heaters¸ offering a range of 6 models¸ rapidly occupying no 3 slot for UK market.

April 2008

ACC agree large scale production run for their unique 3 way Heat & Cool Multi-Split Systems from Fairland¸ product proves to be very successful.

June 2008

ACC sign distribution agreement for Northern Ireland.

ACC agree a deal with white goods giant Midea of China to supply Low Wall systems specifically for dwarf walls in conservatories.
